Device Management

Device management enables your administrators to securely control which modules are available on which devices. When launching the immersive learning app for the first time on a device, the first step is to perform a simple, one-time, secure registration process that should feel familiar if you've ever had to be sent a code and enter that code to securely login to a website. Using the special 4-digit code generated by the device during this one-time registration process, our system is able to verify that this device is owned by you. When all of your devices are registered, the benefit is that they can be grouped in different ways so that you can manage the content that is available to multiple devices at the same time. If you decide to make more or less content available to a device or group of devices, you will be able to easily make that selection from the portal rather than need to install a new app. Registering and grouping devices this way will also allow instructors and administrators to review performance analytics filtered based on learners who have taken training from specific devices.
