iOS Learner Journey

Follow these steps to register your iOS mobile device and complete a learning experience. 

Step 1: Download the app from the Apple App Store.

Step 2: Find the email sent to you by your Administrator and click on your personalized link.

Step 3: Register your device with the 4-digit code that appears. You will only need to do this once.

Note: This code refreshes every few minutes.

Step 4: Enter the four digit code on Promisevr.com.

Step 5: Registration complete - select the library.

Step 6: Download and open the experience. If no login is required, you may begin. For email and learner code login instructions, see subsequent steps.

If Email login is enabled

Type your email address in the login field and hit submit.  You may then begin the experience.

If Learner codes are enabled

1. Open the email containing your learner code.

2. Enter your unique 4-character code to identify yourself.

3. Complete the experience.
